Custom Hand-Embroidered Jackets
Each jacket is individually hand embroidered and made to order. Every design is completely unique, so pricing is based on the jacket size, design complexity, stitch detail, colour palette, and the time required to create your bespoke piece.

- Adult Jackets: From £80
These prices are for simpler custom embroidery designs. Fully embroidered statement jackets, such as the featured design shown on our homepage, are quoted individually based on the artwork, coverage, and level of detail.

Ordering Information
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and booking. This deposit covers design preparation, materials, and reserves your place in our production schedule.
The remaining balance must be paid before your completed jacket is dispatched or collected.
Our standard turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the date your deposit is received and your design has been approved.
If you require your jacket for a specific date or special occasion, please let us know when making your enquiry. We will always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
Every jacket is carefully handcrafted and embroidered by hand, making each piece truly one of a kind. Minor variations are part of the handmade process and are what make every Wedge and Thread creation unique.
Customer-Supplied Jackets
If you choose to provide your own jacket, it must be clean and in good condition before it is sent to us.
Whilst every care is taken during the embroidery process, Wedge and Thread cannot be held responsible for existing faults, weaknesses, manufacturing defects, or damage that may occur to customer-supplied garments during embroidery.
Care Instructions
To help preserve your hand embroidery, we recommend spot cleaning where possible or gently hand washing in cold water if needed.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not bleach.
- Iron on a low heat from the reverse side, avoiding direct contact with the embroidery.
Wedge and Thread cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, accidents, or general wear and tear after your order has been received.

Social Media and Photography
We love showcasing our handcrafted work on our website and social media. Unless you request otherwise before your order is completed, we may photograph or film your finished jacket to feature on our website, social media, or other promotional materials. We will never share your personal information without your permission.
If you would prefer your order not to be featured online, simply let us know when placing your order and we will happily respect your wishes.
We also love seeing our creations out in the world! If you share photos of your jacket on social media, we would love to see them. Feel free to tag us or send them directly to us and, with your permission, we may share them with our community.
Returns and Cancellations
As every Wedge and Thread jacket is handmade and personalised to your individual requirements, returns, exchanges and refunds cannot be accepted unless your item arrives damaged due to our workmanship or an error has been made on our part.
Orders cancelled after work has begun are non-refundable, as materials will have been purchased and time dedicated to creating your bespoke piece.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jacket and we will always do our best to resolve the issue.
