Custom Orders

Every Wedge & Thread jacket is made to order and hand embroidered especially for you. As each design is bespoke, no two jackets will ever be identical. Minor variations are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

Quotes & Pricing

All prices are based on:

• Jacket size

• Design complexity

• Stitch detail

• Colour palette

• Time required

Prices displayed on our website are starting prices only.

Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Deposits & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid before your completed jacket is dispatched or collected.

Failure to pay the final balance may result in delays to your order.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for checking all spellings, names, dates, colours and design details before embroidery begins.

Once embroidery has started, changes cannot be made.

Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 4–6 weeks from the date your deposit is received and your design has been approved.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside of our control.

If you require your jacket for a specific date, please let us know before placing your order.

Customer-Supplied Jackets

Customers may provide their own jacket for embroidery.

Garments must be clean and in good condition.

Whilst every care is taken, Wedge & Thread cannot accept responsibility for:

• Existing faults

• Weak fabric

• Manufacturing defects

• Damage caused by hidden weaknesses within customer-supplied garments

Returns & Refunds

As every item is personalised and made to order, returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted simply because you change your mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there has been an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Colours

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Thread shades and fabrics may also vary slightly between batches.

Photography

Unless requested otherwise before completion, Wedge & Thread reserves the right to photograph completed work for use on our website, social media and promotional material.

No personal information will ever be shared without your permission.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, embroidery designs, branding, logos and website content remain the property of Wedge & Thread.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Prices start from:

• Kids Jackets -  £60

• Adult Jackets - £80

More detailed or fully embroidered jackets are quoted individually.

How long will my order take?

How should I care for my jacket?

We recommend:

• Spot cleaning where possible

• Gentle hand washing if needed

• Do not bleach

• Do not tumble dry

• Iron inside out on a low heat

Can I return my jacket?

As every jacket is handmade and personalised, returns cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by Wedge & Thread.

Can I share my jacket on social media?

Please do - we love seeing your creations!
